Yes. When you purchase CFTicket you are given the entire source code. You can modify the code for your own personal use. You may not remove the copyright notice from the bottom of the pages.
You need to set your timezone information from the Options->My Options tab. Set your timezone information and the ticket times should become normal.
This will happen if a ticket is moved to a Queue that you do not have access to. Make sure you have access to the Queue that contains the ticket you are looking for, or move the ticket back to a Queue you have access to.
Make sure that your username has Read/Write access to the Queue. If you have None access, you will not see any indication that the Queue even exists.
