I am proud to say that CFTicket Rocks! After searching for months for
a solid, effective, and easy-to-use program, I stumbled across
CFTicket and am really glad I did.
Being a CF programmer, I REALLY like the fact that this software
is not encrypted and allows me to make my own changes to it.
However, more amazing than that is the responsiveness I've experienced
from its developers. Within a day (often as quick as minutes later!)
I get an Email with a patch or fix. Incredible!
Setting up the software was easy an intuitive. The program does
great job of allowing my staff and clients to enter tickets via
Email or web-page. Then, people can work the tickets and the client
automatically gets notices along the way. The configuration and security levels really allowed
me to customize this software to be used the way I need it. Lots
of little extras, like email templates, saves searches, and per-user
address books, tie it all together nicely.
This version has been so great, I can't wait to see the upcoming
features in their new versions!

I've been playing around with CFTicket and just one word: outstanding!
It is well written, simple, great interface, by far the best support
software we have reviewed.
