    Overview

    CFTicket is a leading help desk/trouble ticket/email management application. It is built on Macromedia's ColdFusion technology and is built to run on any operating system that ColdFusion can run on. This includes Microsoft Windows, UNIX, and Linux. CFTicket will also run on a number of databases, including Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and Microsoft Access.

    CFTicket's main functionality is to collect emails sent to specific email addresses and to organize and archive them in a meaningful fashion. It comes with a slew of features, including built-in security to limit users functionality, a folder system to organize tickets, and filters to perform actions on tickets automatically.

    CFTicket will automatically track emails and replies to emails and organize them so that you can quickly view what is going on within your company. Different access levels allows for managers and employees to see different aspects of CFTicket. Powerful reporting tools allow you to track your employees progress and performance.
