CFTicket was built with the customer in mind. Since CFTicket 1.0 we have listened to customers to see what they wanted to see in upcoming versions of CFTicket. Below is a quick snapshot of features in the newest version of CFTicket. This list is not comprehensive, but rather shows the main features of each area.

• End-users don't need to do anything special. Simply send an email to the specified address and CFTicket will pick up the ticket.
• CFTicket has web services that exposes ticket information to the end-user.
• CFTicket is built to work in any modern web browser, including Internet Explorer 5.0+, FireFox 1.0, Netscape 6.0+, Opera, Mozilla, and more.

• CFTicket has built-in security that lets administrators give user and group based permissions.
• Users can be assigned to multiple groups, making the system easier to administer.
• Users can be given Read, Write, or None access to individual queues.

• CFTicket can be up and running in just a couple of minutes, unlike some other proprietary systems.
