Cornfeed.com was started in 1999 in an attempt to provide local businesses with affordable web design. After creating a few web sites, the maintenance became such a burden that we were forced to look into dynamically driven web sites.

In the process of researching different dynamic solutions, while many companies offered their services, the one thing we noticed was a lack of support from these companies. They were very interested in selling their product, but once purchased the support from these companies was arguably bad.

In late 2002, we decided to create a ColdFusion based customer support system. Since no system currently existed, this was a natural choice given our previous experience with customer service ourselves. No wonder no one had reasonable tech support when there was no software to help them.

Since then we have continued to build dynamically driven websites, but have also helped these companies develop a successful customer service environment. With the advent of CFTicket 2, companies using CFTicket can only improve their current customer service.
